Exclusive new over sized silicone turbo intake pipe for that extra increased air flow.  This pipe is an absolute must on a remapped car.  We have seen significant gains on mapped cars with this over sized pipe.  This pipe has around 30% more capacity compared to the standard turbo intake pipe. 

Due to this hose being oversized and the limited space available for fitting, you will find an obstruction caused by a metal coolant pipe which runs close to the turbo intake pipe, you would be required to unbolt the metal coolant pipe from its mounting bracket and move slightly away from the engine to accommodate the oversized hose. Professional installation is recommended.

THIS PIPE WILL FIT THE STANDARD K04 and the KS04 Hybrid turbos with 51mm inlet and standard 70mm MAF end fitting.

Please note that on some very early AUM engine cars you might need a blanking plug to one of the small breather holes as some earlier cars did not have the breather at the bottom. It can be blanked off easily enough with a jubilee clamp and a blank piece of metal/bolt/blanking plug etc. This tends to be the case with all 1.8T turbo intake pipes.

Unlike the standard rubber OEM hoses which deteriorate over time and collapse when under pressure, our hoses are constructed using a high quality silicone Polyester or Nomex compound. They are further reinforced with a polyester layer to provide a more rigid structure to prevent collapse of hose under high boost conditions whilst sustaining pressure which is essential for the smooth delivery of power and quicker turbo spool resulting in increased performance and improved throttle response.
