The poorly designed swirl flaps on many BMW models are prone to failure and can result in catastrophic damage to engine internal components.

To eliminate this risk we have produced these blanks that are CNC machined from high quality 6082T6 billet Aluminium each blank is complete with seal to ensure tight air and oil seal.

The standard swirl flaps can be removed from the engine and replaced with these blanks without any negative effect on the engine or drivability.
