This kit allows you to relocate the diverter valve from the hot side of the turbo to the cold side of the intercooler on the Audi S3 / TT and the Seat Leon Cupra R 1.8T engines of 210 - 225 BHP.

By relocating the Diverter valve in this way there are many benefits. The main two benefits are firstly due to operating in lower temperatures the longevity of the Diverter valve is increased. Secondly, after relocation, the air that is recirculated back into the intake tract to the turbo will be cooler. Cooler air has a greater density. The greater the density of the charge mix in the cylinder the more power generated on combustion.

Unlike the standard rubber OEM hoses which deteriate over time and collapse when under pressure, our hoses are constructed using a high quality silicone Polyester or Nomex compound. They are further reinforced with a polyester layer to provide a more rigid structure to prevent collapse of hose under high boost conditions whilst sustaining pressure which is essential for the smooth delivery of power and quicker turbo spool resulting in increased performance and improved throttle response.
